Analyses of components in five hot springs in Iizaka were performed in alternate months for a year from Feb. in 1964. The results showed that the main components were on the decrease and remarkably influenced, as well as the values of K/Na and Ca/Mg, with the "Niigata earthquake"which happened on June 16th in 1964.
