自治体における事務分掌を用いた業務優先度分析手法の提案

For business continuity management, it is essential to pick out the most important operations. This fact is approved in the international standard. However, it doesn't supply any specific method and the ways of picking out are left to the judgments of each organization. This study offers the effectiveness and properness of the impact analysis method, by carrying out a workshop using division of duties, and by analyzing the results of it.
