高速VTRによる心大血管造影法の検討

Nowadays, High Speed VTR is widely used in the industrial field. This time, we were able to have an opportunity to use this High Speed VTR in the medical field. Comparing static resolution, dynamic resolution and exposure dose (skin dose). We obtained the results as follows : This experiment was done with an Image Intensifier of 6 inch and a lens with focal distance 75 mm. 1) Static resolution is separated more than 15lp/cm on the stop motion picture. 2) Dynamic resolution is separated 4lp/cm on the stop motion picture, it 0.8 mm object which is moving with a velocity of 100 cm/sec on the play back motion picture. 3) Exposure dose (Skin dose) is less about from 1/2 to 1/10 than cineangiograms. This High Speed VTR is more efficiency than cineangiography. In the future, this system will be shown a remarkable progress.
