An accurate measurment of anteversion angle of the the hip is necessary for diagnosis of hip joint diseases. Kai's, Takagi-Nakura's, and Ryden-Crane's methods are well known for measurement of this angle, however, an accurate angle cannot be obtained in these methods. In this study, we evaluate the technique of measuring more accurate anteversion angle of congenital dislocation of the hip (CDH) by axial projection of the hip.
