4.腰椎仰臥位撮影用補助具の試作(II.X線撮影用補助具について)

抄録

This experimental production of supplementary accessory is for taking picture between 1st lumbar vertebra and 2nd sacrum without distortion while relieving pain of lumbar vertebra patient. This accessory is made of foamed styrol resin in hexdral right-angle trapezoids shape. Two will be used in radiographing. One placed in the head position and other hip position. Radiograph will be taken with patient lying face upward on these two. This radiographing technique was used in 412 cases in 396 cases this technique gave positive results and in 16 cases negative. However in cases which gave negative results, there are possibility of having better x-ray picture by adjusting the position of supplementary accessory.
