The purpose of this paper is clarifying how to place effectively a billboard for centering people's eyes in a station square and to accumulate billboards for creating liveliness. On this paper, first, we clarify how people's eyes move to a horizontal and vertical direction, second we clarify the relationships between the gaze rate and the size of an appearance of the billboard by a gaze experiment with an eye-mark recorder. I demanded the gaze rate and relation of size (an appearance area rate) of an appearance of an advertisement thing. There was an advertisement thing to deviate from this relation greatly, and it became clear that influence appeared to the gaze rate in a neighboring building and mutual relations with an advertisement thing. Third, we clarify the characteristic of billboards included in a group of billboards creating liveliness recognized by an impression evaluation.
