For elucidating the genetic aspect of resistance to yellow dwarf disease in rice, F₁, F₂ and F₃ seedlings between a resistant and two susceptible rice varieties were investigated for resistance to this disease. The resistance was controlled by a completely or incompletelv dominant gene.
