The goal of this paper is to answer the question: “What kind of service is the ‘information and Systems in Education Map’?” This paper hypothesized some personas of stakeholders in JSiSE and their issues, and proposed use cases to solve these issues. The purpose of definition of personas is to refine the use cases through future opportunities for real-time interaction, and to create a map that improves the UX of JSiSE.
