We analyzed the blood flow in three dimensions using a blood model based on the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH)method. In the method, plasma fluid is discretized by SPH particles and an erythrocyte is modeled by internal SPH particles wrapped in elastic membrane particles. But in this model, some internal particles leaked from membrane particles. To solve this problem, membrane particles adds the repulsion power to internal particles when internal particles approach membrane particles. In order to confirm the blood model, we analyzed the tank tread motion of an erythrocyte under an constant shear field. The numerical results of three dimensions agreed with that of two dimensions and the problem of leak of some internal particles was solved.
