We aim to achieve simultaneous imaging of concentration and temperature during acid-base neutralization reactions using near-infrared spectroscopy in the wavelength range of 800–2500 nm. After spectral correction with an AOTF light source, key wavelengths were selected using PLS-VIP and CARS-PLS, and regression models were constructed. Transmission light images were captured using a Y-shaped microfluidic chip, followed by image processing to convert the data into concentration and temperature images. Concentration and temperature profiles were then created and evaluated based on the processed images.
