Global Manufacturing requires effective logistic systems, which make an enterprise network as a virtual and productive manufacturing company. However. There is a difficult problem that each enterprise cannot have enough information such as shipping date, parts arrival date, and so on. This paper shows a planning data sharing method for global manufacturing using shop transportation. An advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system is used in an Internet infrastructure, while ship assignment and berth scheduling problems are concurrently resolved.
