Study of the Human Resource Training Program of Guide Upbringing in the Landing Community-Based Tourism Applying OJT on the Learning Theories

Recently more attention was being paid to landing community-based tourism as regional promotion. Thus in order to make good use of tourist attractions, it would be important to consider the role of sightseeing guides who introduce the attractiveness of the region to tourists. In this study, I examined, in terms of learning, the Education & Training Program for sightseeing guides who are supposed to be the leaders of the landing community-based tourism. Applying OJT learning model, I suggest an initial stage of the Education & Training Program, linking OJT and Off-JT together.
