This paper is for reporting a planning of a lecture program to make it more practical by introducing collaboration work with a minor enterprise. The university of Tsukuba and Pictogram Co. Ltd. discussed how to get profits and play roles each other. A lecture program to be able make a minute working model in short period was developed with some devices like keyline-drawings and full sized paper models. A power chair named Neophilia having unique form and function like quick-turning was developed and exhibited at the Intemational Rehabilitation Exhibition '97 in Tokyo. The power chair got acceptable evaluation from people at the exhibition.
