Improvement (redesign) of in-house Business training has traditionally been pursued in intuitive, sense-based manners. As a result, stable advancement is not guaranteed despite regular repetition of the training. The Research Institute of Corporate Behavior Design identifies potential needs of trainees through statistical analysis with focus on parameter analysis pots the collected data to good use in the design of training programs. This paper discloses specific method for the first time.
