This study is for developing a new method of workshop so called the Concurrent-work to motivate regional potential of creating various values in region by themselves. This method has some strong charactors in concurrent conception, concurrent presentation and concurrent evaluation. It remarks KANSEI to give every participants possitive attitude equally. Selecting colors or drawing ideas are very useful for picking up good ideas from untrained participants. Then the Color Image Scale and KJ method are used for grouping their drawings. All works could be done by regional members with pleasure.We are planning to make a research with this method in 5 areas in Ibaraki prefecture.
