Original forms of traditions and cultures are ones of life for human race and included in it are universality of life that transcends one’s times. When we design the aesthetic requisites of original forms of traditions and cultures, we tend to focus on the historical meanings of the requisites and only draw subjective messages from them, rather than extract the forms and shapes of requisites. Accordingly, designing the original forms of traditions and cultures is often regarded as burdensome and bigotry-like, and the present time of traditional values is not properly expressed and reproduction of the original forms so continues. Consequently, we are attempting in this study to pursue the shape of images together with its historical meanings, then reinterpret them in terms of the modern meanings.
