The essay is a brief introduction of a new training model for middle school teachers. By linking three ways together, the model has effectively trained a lot of qualified teachers. We first illustrate the responsibilities of concerned departments, then discuss the teaching administration and the teaching research administration;at last we will analyse the administration of examinations.
