抄録
The paper addresses the topic of use of educational technology with two perspectives ie. in light of the government policies and the actual practices carried out in the schools. The general opinion among the public is that there is a wide gap between what the policies claims and what the basic indicators like literacy rate, access to education and financial allceation show. This paper is an elfort to analyze the actual situation and extent to which the problem exists. Also, possible ways of overcoming the problems are suggested.
