Cambodian Teacher Educators’ Attitudes towards and Competence to Use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education

The study investigated teacher educators’ attitudes towards， their ICT competence， and the relationship between the two. The findings indicated that teacher educators had a positive attitude towards the use of ICT in education while their ICT competence was still moderate. Teacher educators’ attitudes towards ICT significantly related to their ICT competence.
