The “MFZ Screen” invented and developed by Ishikawajima Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. (IIM) following after MF Screen and MFC Screen already on market, is for application as a final tail screen in fine screening stage. The outstanding feature of MFZ Screen is that high screening efficiency, sorting performance of contaminants and squeezing function of reject resulting its unique construction.
The “ECO SCREEN SYSTEM” combined by these MFC, MF and MFZ Screen contribute to reduction of CO2 exhaust gas by energy saving, reduction of throughout waste by achieving high quality recycled pulp keeping high yield to furnish, and at the same time it makes possible the cost reduction for handling of the waste disposal and simplification of the plant site by such modification presents the good circumstances for operators resulting a considerable initial cost reduction.
