New Wet Sieve Analyzer Improves the Productivity by Drastically Decreasing Labor’s Cost

Abstract

Wet sieve analysis is widely used as certifiable method to quantify an amount of coarse particles. But the operation is very hard work, time consuming operation, and results have a large variation due to the operation of brushing to disperse agglomerates. The previous model, VBL can replace the human operation of wet sieving due to uniform spraying of water to sample, suitable vibration to sieve to break the plugging, etc. The new improved wet sieve analyzer, Viblette model VBL-F (mechanical vibration) and VBL-FU (ultrasonic vibration), can achieve to sieve for strong cohesive powders and earned the CE marking certification, then those models can be global instruments and can release operator from this simple and hard work, and take a good accurate analysis.
