横浜市における下水道PFI事業の「継続性」の特徴と留意点について

抄録

The purpose of this paper is to analyzed the significance and issues of "continuity" for "Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) sewerage projects". The main conclusions are as follows: First, the two projects were able to utilize the same PFI method because they had similar project objectives, contents, and methods. Second, Yokohama City had a good track record and system for privatization methods, including PFI methods.
