Childcare facilities face various challenges in daily childcare. These are issues that each childcare facility must solve, but in many cases it is difficult to solve them using only the resources within the nursery school. Therefore, the authors are trying to solve this problem through accompanying consulting that utilizes ICT. The childcare issues presented by the three childcare facilities were analyzed and compared using qualitative methods. As a result, two common issues were identified: “individualized childcare for each child” and “childcare for children who require therapy and developmental support”. We believe that accompanying consulting using ICT will encourage childcare workers to learn and promote collaborative work, and we have been putting this into practice. It was found that individual childcare for children can be solved by utilizing childcare ICT. Regarding issues related to treatment and development, it has been shown and verified that by connecting the lives of families and childcare facilities using childcare ICT and sharing images of children, it is possible to have more appropriate relationships.
