It has been observed that Cepharanthine gives favorable results in the treatment of leukopenia, encountered during the course of a malignant tumor, and at the same time this drug seems to increase other components of the blood.
Further observations imply that this drug has an interesting characteristic that this works on nerve synapses.
It is also worthy to describe that no significant side-effects were seen even administered in a large dose.
