A development of laser-excited microscopic fluorescence measuring system and the experi-mental results of observed spectra of the cancer cells, in vivo, such as human acute myeloid leukemias and human uterine cancer cells, etc. are reported in the present paper. The measuring system is capable of illuminating only one cell with a laser-probing beam of approx-imately 10μm diameter and observing its microscopic fluorescence spectrum. The sample-cell is previously vital stained with acridine orange or hematoporphyrin dye solution, The resul-tant characteristic spectra can yield us with various information regarding biopolymers at a biocell level, in particular the basic data for the spectroscopic diagnosis of cancer cells.
