Resting state fMRI を用いた各脳部位の相互作用の解析

抄録

This paper is a method to analyze the functional network among brain areas using resting state fMRI. The method estimates hidden parameters using LMS algorithm and examines the relationship among brain areas using clustering. The results in three subjects showed that the proposed method clearly showed the relationship among brain areas.
