La2NiO4+δ powders were derived from a ployaminocarboxylate complex precursor method. Particle morphology of the powders was tailored by the calcining temperature. Screen-printing technique was employed to fabricate the La2NiO4+δ electrodes. At 800 °C‚ the electrode prepared from superfine starting powder exhibited a polarization resistance of 0.38Ω•cm²‚ an overpotential of 103 mV at a current density of 200 mA•cm¯² and an exchange current density of 102 mAcm̶¯²
