From the standpoint of host-parasite relationship, the cestode fauna of Rhinolophus cornutus and R. fernumequinum in the limestone cave at Gujo karst expanding to the middle of Gifu Prefecture was investigated to make clear the distribution of Rhinolophidae bats. R. cornutus from Otanai-do and Nojiri C-do were infected with the cestode peculia to R. cornutus, Vampirolepis isensis. R. ferrumequinum from Nojiri A do, B-do and D-do were infected with a number of the immature cestodes belonging to the genus Hymenolepis or Insectivorolepis. Some R. ferrumequinum from Nojiri B-do were infected with V. ogaensis together with the above-mentioned cestodes. As compared the cestode fauna of Rhinolophidae hats at Gujo karst with that, investigated during the year from 1961 to 1968 in the southwest of Gifu Prefecture, the cestodes in R. cornutus from the both districts were different species. On the other hand, some cestodes in R. ferrumequinum seem to he a common species, but some were different ones. These results reveal that the range of migration of R. cornutus and R. ferrumequinum is not so wide in the southern part of Gifu Prefecture.
