Analysis of injection mold by Selective Laser Sintering using quality engineering

Selective Laser Sintering is one of the proceses of Rapid Prototyping.In injection mold, cooling process is one factor which influence the formability of a formed parts.Temperature distributions on the surface of injection mold are dependent upon layout of cooling channels.Effect of non-uniform temperature distributions cause deformation.Efficiency of cooling is estimated by simulation of quality engineering method.
