抄録
In creating products and services that realize customer value, human resources are desired
who can properly inherit the organization’s values and technology and who can quickly respond to
changes in the business environment and solve problems and issues. However, it is often difficult to
develop human resources who can accurately respond to the changing needs and expectations of customers and society.
This article describes a system for promoting human resource development with quality at its core, using practical examples such as the role of the human resource development committee, the process of clarifying work performance abilities and human resource development plans, the system of education and training, and quality management education and training.
