In response to rapid digital technology advancements, our company, certified in DX（Digital Transformation）by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, has focused on improving business processes through digital technology. The TQM Promotion Department, to which I belong,is committed to developing talent capable of creating new value in the DX era. We faced challenges in cultivating practical skills and stagnation in developing core data utilization personnel. To address these, we shifted from lecture-based to practice-oriented education and internalized instructor training. Despite the pandemic's impact on face-to-face training, we successfully increased the number of trained personnel and improved practical application through online education and inhouse advisors’ guidance. This paper presents our educational improvement strategies, including roleplaying workshops, and their effectiveness in enhancing practical skills.
