Recently, we are receiving many manager’s concerns that they are feeling lonely, no self-esteem,always behind on things, and etc... We recognize that those stagnations are not limited to Toyota Motor Corporation but a structural issue that all Japanese companies are facing today.
Our aim of “two methods”, which will be explained this time, is to realize the key points “psychological safety”, “agile workstyle”, and “talent development and motivation” at the same time in promoting DX.
We would be very happy if “Two Methods” becomes catalyst to expand the circle of psychological safety with people in various industries and be connected with those who are suffering from those challenges.
