台風接近過程の自治体対応における情報利用に関する実証的研究

抄録

The municipality performs an important role in a disaster, such as announcement of an evacuation order for residents. So, the personnel of the municipality need to make an accurate forecast of the progress of the situation and take appropriate response for a disaster using disaster information effectively.

In this study, we grasp how to use disaster information by municipality for rainfall disaster caused by typhoon 6 in July, 2002. Then, we examine the way that should be of preparation of disaster information system for effective response at a disaster.
