In this report, we present an application of QE to common Lyapunov function probrems. First, we make a short introduction of QE and present two examples of seeking for existence conditions of a common quadratic Lyapunov function by QE. Next, we consider the relation between the existence condition of a common quadratic Lyapunov function and that of a common infinity-norm Lyapunov function.
