This paper describes performance of energy saving when the energy interchange between a hotel with a cogeneration system and an office building. This study discusses energy interchange for the patterns described below. Pattern1: Heat interchanged as many as possible from hotel to office building. Pattern2: Only surplus waste heat interchanged from hotel to office building. Pattern3: Heat interchanged bi-directionally between a hotel and office building. Finally, the reduction of primary energy is 417 GJ/year in pattern1, 36 GJ/year in pattern2, 3 GJ/year in pattern3.
