The purpose of this study is to propose and optimise an alternative façade in office buildings which minimises annual total primary energy consumption. The total primary energy consumption is defined by the sum of energy consumptions for lighting, thermal loads and electric devices. As the result, it is reduced up to 32.6% and hence the capability of PEsDM applying to an office building is shown.
