By means of Wheatstone bridge, electric resistance of fish muscles was determined for both direct and 1000 cycled alternate currents. Both specific and contact resistances were calculated graphically as shown in Figs. 3 and 4. Figs. 1 and 2 show the method adopted, while the results are given in Tables 1 to 5.
