I )The administration method of the management association consists of the following two cases; The first is that a management association works with the conservators for the durable management. The second is that a specific member of the management association contributes to lead the durable management.2)Lack of funds of regeneration of the condominiums and conflict between a management association and a management company often result in the change of management method
