Vascular lesions are fairly often observed as a complication of diabetes. The lipemia clearing factor of diabetes was estimated by the milk emulsion and serum total cholesterol and β-lipoprotein of diabetes were measured. It was found that there were hypercholesteremia and hyperlipoprotemia while low in lipemia clearing factor on the other hand. This was especially the case when the vascular lesion was remarkable. Pyridoxal phosphate is effective to improve fat metabolism, and it can be used for prevention and treatment of vascular lesion.
