The glycogen content of liver of vitamin B_2-deficient mouse was about half of that of mouse which was supplied with sufficient amount of B_2 by injection or feeding. But the glycogen content of liver of mouse fed with sufficient amount of B_2 was not affected by injection of B_2. The incorporation of glucose in vitro into glycogen of sliced liver was not affected by the presence of B_2 in incubation medium even in the liver of B_2-deficient mouse. It was concluded that the effect of B_2 increasing glycogen content of liver (in vivo) would be secondary.
