複素環式化合物の合成研究(第259報) : 1-(m-Chlorophenethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxyisoquinolineの合成ならびにそのBenzyne反応による閉環成績体について

抄録

In order to examine an analgesic action of 1-chlorophenethylisoquinoline derivatives, 1-(m-chlorophenethyl) (XV) and 1-(m-chlorophenylethenyl)-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-6, 7-dimethoxyisoquinoline (XXI) were synthesized. Benzyne reaction of the former isoquinoline derivative (XV) with sodium amide in liquid ammonia afforded a cyclized compound (XXII), whose structure was determined by its NMR spectrum.
