The questionnaires about situation of agrometeorological data were executed to the prefectural agricultural experimental stations. In those stations, the 75 percent are being put into observation, and about 30 percent are developing meteorological and climatic mesh data. Some of them make the efficient use of the data in the crop production management such as growth, yield prediction, pest control and operation sequence. But, several problems arise along with use are pointed out the lack of the some elementary agrometeorological data, the relationships between meteorology and crops and information network system. Then, agrometeorological intelligence system is illustrated. The system is consist of the some meteorological observation data, the expansion to 2-dimensional data and transmutation to other elements from those data.

The author developed the generalized computer systems for input and output, which can be used for developing the various agricultural softwares. The systems may be defined as the computer tools for developing the application softwares also. Generally speaking, as there are many databases which has the special format of the spread-sheet style, the systems developed are characterized by the tabular style systems for inputting the data, which fulfil the many functions for editting the data. And also, in the systems, several convenient sub-systems such as the generalized programs for outputting the culcurated data, for displaying the menues, graphs and titles, are included, and the user of the systems can compose the original system quickly as he likes it. The systems are developed by using the C language (Microsoft C Version 5.1), and can be executed using the NEC 9801 series personal computers.

In agricultural information, various media such as illustrations, color still images, color animations, sounds and etc, are necessary in addition to ordinal character or numerical information. The recent development of both hardware and software for personal computers gives us the possiblities to handle those various media totally and to utilize those for the better managemants of agricultural information.
In this study, I developed ”Potato Stack” as an application of HyperCard to CAI for agricultural education to young farmers and considered the agricultural information in our agricultural college.
