yukiguni sp. nov. is described from litter and soil in Niigata Prefecture, Central Japan, and is first recorded in the temperate zone. It is distinguishable from the congeners by the large body, areae porosae

A3. Sensilli are covered partly by notogaster, areae porosae
Aa and
A1 are larger obviously and the rostral and lamellar setae are longer in female.
