The keys to the families, genera and species of Neelipleona and Symphypleona are explained. The characters, used for identification are as follows: color pattern and shape of body; shape and arrangement of setae (including sensilla) on antennae (for example, crasping organ of male), on vertex and face (for example, post antennal sata), on tibiotarsus, on body and on anogenital segment (for example, appendix analis); length of antennae and ratio of four segments and number of subsegments; number of ocellus; shape and appendage of claw, ventral tube, retinaculum and furca. One family, 2 genera, 2 species of Neelipleona and 6 families (including 2 subfamilies), 19 genera, 63 species and 1 subspecies of Symphypleona are explained.
