    Case l: female, 51 year old. Since June 1962 she has been complained of anorexia. She visited our clinic on July 10 and tumor was palpated in epigastrium. She first noticed icterus in October and icterus increased gradually. She was admitted on January 13, 1963. Physical examination revealed severe icterus and a hen egg large tumor in epigastrium. Semi-spherical smooth rising was recognized on antrum region by gastrocamera. She was fatal on February 8. Autopsy revealed gastric cancer and metastatic fist large tumor of the pancreas head. Histological findings are adenocarcinoma.Case 2 ; male, 64 year old. Since February 1963 he has been complained of anorexia and icterus. He was admitted in our clinic on April 11. Physical examination revealed severe icterus and resistance on gallbladder region, but tumor was not palpable. Semi-spherical smooth rising was recognized on antrum region by gastrocamera. Operation revealed the pancreas head tumor. Histological examination failed.Case 3: female, 51 year old. Since November 1963 she has been complained of anorexia and full feeling in epigastrium. She was admitted in our clinic on November 21. Physical examination revealed epigastric tumor, but no icterus. On angle region irregular rising that was likely gastric cancer was recognized by gastrocamera. Operation revealed pancreas tumor and metastasis to lymphnodes in the peritoneum and lesser curvature of the stomach. Histological findings are adenocarcinoma. Discussion and Conclusion Case 1 and 2 were easily diagnosed by physical examination and gastrocamera-findings. Case 3 was doubted of gastric cancer by gastrocamerafindings. But operation revealed pancreas cancer. Irregular rising in findings of gastrocamera was likely due to the metastatic lymphnodes swelling. Exact Diagnosis of pancreas cancer should be obtained by careful examination taking together with gastrocamera and x-ray.
