Recently, there occurs frequently misconduct opposite management ethics in industry segment of food. This misconduct is not confined to industry segment of food. However, to put it in perspective with other industry segment and current state, it is manifest that this misconduct has been concentrated on industry segment of food. Why a lot of misconducts or unjustness of corporation do being concentrated on industry segment of food? This study, taking our previous work (Yamashita, 2001) into consideration, which discussed corporate misconduct from the view point of entropy, production management and synchronization, argues anew on misconduct of food industry from the aspect of "labeling". "Label" like appellation of origin or date of manufacture, for value of food which consumers acknowledge is often dominated by "label", decreases entropy on value judgment of food. This study references to the above-mentioned as "labeling effects", and proposes the point of argument that a lot of corporations in industry segment of food abuse it. Herewith, this study indicates the implicit factors of label camouflage that are specific to industry segment of food.
