In this study, I focus the motivation of office workers in the company using the telework, and examine that the telework itself motivate workers' morale or not, that there are differences in motivation methods between workers in companies using the telework and not using. To motivate office workers in companies using the telework, traditional motivation methods were effective similarly. And methods which stimulate workers' autonomy, control the feeling of alienation, were more effective in companies using the telework than not. To promote using the telework in many companies, we have to use motivation methods mentioned above, and attain higher workers' morale in there.
