Micro-topographical interpretation based on LiDAR and field survey were carried out in the area where the deep-seated landslides occurred due to the typhoon no.6 (Rambia), 2011, at an eastern part of Kochi prefecture. As results, it turned out that the kojima deep-seated landslide occurred below the eroded front which located at the slope with rock mass creep along the edge of the gentle slope near the ridges. Weak zones with folds and faults were distributed around the landslide. The base rock was loosen due to development of joints although the bedding plane was not dip slope structure and old deep-seated landslides were found near the Kojima landslide.
