Cyclic oxidation of Fe-20Cr-4Al alloys with small amounts of sulfur contained was studied up to 5cycles (1 cycle=18.0ks) at 1573 and 1673K in oxygen. Amounts of spalled oxide of Fe-20Cr-4Al-(35, 53 and 104ppm) S alloys increased after 1-2 cycles and decreased after 4-5 cycles at 1573K. On the other hand, adherence of oxide scales on all of the alloys was improved after each cycle at 1673K.

Morphology of oxide scale formed on Fe-20Cr-4Al alloys with small amounts of sulfur contained was studied up to 5 cycles (1 cycle=18.0ks) at 1373-1673K in oxygen of 101kPa. Morphology of oxide scale on Fe-20Cr-4Al-3ppm S alloy was planar after any tempreture of oxidation. On the other hand, that of oxide scale on Fe-20Cr-4Al-(35, 53, 104 and 171ppm) S alloys showed a tendency to planar from convolted with increasing sulfur contents after 5 cycles at 1373K.

Cyclic oxidation of Fe-20Cr-4Al alloys with small amounts of sulfur contained was studied up to 5 cycles (1 cycle=18.0ks) at 1473K in oxygen. Adherence of oxide scales on Fe-20Cr-4Al-(3, 104 and 171ppm) S alloys was improved by sulfur. On the other hand, oxide scales on Fe-20Cr-4Al-(35 and 53ppm) S alloys spalled markedly after 1-3 cycles, and amounts of spalled oxide of the alloys decreased after 4-5 cycles.

Effects of C or N ion implantation on high temperature oxidation of heat-resistant alloys were studied for 18.0ks at 1473K in oxygen. Mass change of C-implanted Fe-20Cr-4Al alloy increased negatively. On the other hand, that of N-implanted Fe-20Cr-4Al alloy showed positive value. This fact suggested that oxide adherence of C-implanted Fe-20Cr-4Al alloy was improved.

Therefore, it had a purpose of the synthesis acrylic monomer which has the functional group, the Si-H base or the Si-Vinyl base which bonds to silicon rubber chemically. It reports because it synthesized β-Methacryloxyethoxydimethylsilane (β-MEDMS), and β-Methacryloxyethoxydimethylvinylsilane (β-MEDMVS).
