Regarding the hydraulics of the rivers flowing slowly in the low humidity land and of especially tidal compartment, there are many problems to be solved in the future. So there are some cases where it is difficult for us to establish the river improvement plan.
This paper treats the process and idea covering from the spot survey, observation to the establishment of the plan concerning the system of the river Neya in Osaka Perfecture which is said to be the representative case of the rivers flowing slowly in the low humidity land.
